Neste artigo, analisamos a robustez de códigos de verificação de paridade de baixa densidade (LDPC) no canal Gilbert-Elliott (GE). Para tanto propomos um método de evolução de densidade para o caso em que o decodificador LDPC utiliza parâmetros incompatíveis para o canal GE. Usando este método, derivamos a região de tuplas de parâmetros verdadeiros e parâmetros de decodificação incompatíveis para o canal GE, onde a probabilidade de erro de decodificação se aproxima assintoticamente de zero.

For this purpose we propose a density evolution method for the case where LDPC decoder uses the mismatched parameters for the GE channel. Using this method, we derive the region of tuples of true parameters and mismatched decoding parameters for the GE channel, where the decoding error probability approaches asymptotically to zero.
