Este artigo propõe um método de projeto de STC para sistemas discretos não estruturados baseados em redes DL. O esquema proposto determina a entrada de controle composta por matrizes de sistema arbitrárias de redes DL construídas, e assim possibilita projetar o STC para sistemas não estruturados cujos priori conhecimentos não estão disponíveis. Os resultados da simulação mostram que o esquema proposto proporciona desempenhos satisfatórios tanto em MPS quanto em NMPS para o projeto STC de sistemas não estruturados.

The proposed scheme determines the control input composed of arbitrary system matrices of constructed D-L networks, and thus it makes it possible to design the STC for unstructured systems whose priori knowledges are not available.
