As técnicas de recuperação do movimento humano são aplicáveis a diversas áreas, como esportes, dança, realidade virtual e produção de videogames. As pessoas que trabalham nesta área concentram a sua atenção na recuperação de informações sobre o movimento de indivíduos e não de grupos de pessoas. É importante demonstrar a possibilidade de recuperação de descrições do movimento 3-D em esportes coletivos, uma vez que tais informações são capazes de nos fornecer uma variedade de informações sobre as relações entre os jogadores. Este artigo apresenta um novo resultado experimental na recuperação de movimento 3-D de um esporte coletivo. This paper presents a new experimental result on 3-D motion recovery from a team sport. The result was obtained by a non-rigid shape recovery technique based on images from uncalibrated cameras. The technique was applied to recovering the 3-D motion of the players in a mini-basketball game which was played in a gymnasium. Some attention is focused on the analysis of the players' motion. Satisfactory results were obtained.
