Este artigo propõe um método de identificação de serviço baseado em recursos para melhorar a produtividade usando um relacionamento de recursos; onde um recurso pode expressar propriedades de serviço. Definimos a distância medida entre características considerando seus atributos seletivos (nó) e relacionais (borda) e apresentamos o conceito de fronteira de serviço.
